Fabrizio’s aviation journey began at a breathtaking pace—earning his pilot’s license before his driver’s license and flying jets professionally by his early twenties. Even as a young man, Fabrizio managed aircraft for private owners, showcasing an entrepreneurial spirit that fueled his passion for aviation. To fund his pilot training, he taught English as a foreign language and later built a thriving network marketing business in the health sector, where he began his personal development journey under the mentorship of the legendary Jim Rohn.

After qualifying as a commercial pilot, Fabrizio quickly immersed himself in the aviation world, embracing diverse roles including FBO Manager, Flight Operations Specialist, Air Charter and Aircraft Sales Executive, Leasing Consultant, and even Aviation Journalist. His expertise in aircraft sales, leasing, and chartering has generated over $500 million in business—a testament to his sharp acumen and deep industry insight. Today, he’s a qualified Airline Transport Pilot with extensive experience flying private jets, the Dornier 328 regional jet, and the Boeing B737NG.

Having shared the flight deck with over 65 nationalities, Fabrizio has mastered the art of cross-cultural communication. His involvement in Crew Resource Management (CRM) training honed his leadership, teamwork, and performance optimization skills. Over the course of his career, Fabrizio has faced high-stakes challenges, from in-flight emergencies to an attempted hijacking, experiences that have further shaped his resilience and problem-solving abilities.

Beyond the cockpit, Fabrizio is a prolific author, penning influential works such as Your Attitude Determines Your Altitude, Born to Fly, Health 4 Flyers, The Quantum Economy, and Be Aware, But Don’t Care. He is the host of the Be Aware, But Don’t Care Podcast and the creator of Biz Jet TV, a popular YouTube channel for aviation enthusiasts.
